As part of the July 2026 updates in seafood labelling regulations (NSW), Wah's Kitchen discloses that we serve seafood sourced from various parts of the world including; prawns, squid, fish, scallops, etc. from: Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, New Zealand and more. - *Locations may change without notice depending on stock availability from external suppliers.

Please note: Imported doesn't mean bad seafood as we only select the most premium products so that we can ensure consistent quality, supply, and keep our prices low for the customer.
